| As of March 31, 2008, David Bertocchi assumed management responsibilities for the Baring International Equity portfolios. Previously, David was lead portfolio manager of the Baring Global Equity Unit Trust and the global institutional funds. He has led the turnaround of the international equity portfolio and is responsible for the portfolio's performance over the last year. Prior to assuming responsibility for the global equity portfolios. David managed various European funds. These included a highly rated fund sold exclusively in France and the Baring Europa Fund. (A pan-European equity fund), which he co-managed. David holds an M.B.A. from London Business School and a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from the University of Calgary (Canada). He joined Baring Asset Management in 2000 from Enron Capital where he was manager of corporate finance origination, responsible for industry analysis and investment valuation. |
JOHN DAMIAN
Director of Value Equity Investments, Portfolio Manager
| John Damian joined OppenheimerFunds, Inc. in September 2001. He is a co-manager on the OFI Private Investments All Cap Value Separately Managed Account style. He is the lead manager of Oppenheimer Small Cap Value Fund and is a co-portfolio manager of the Oppenheimer Select Value Fund. He is also the head of the Oppenheimer Value Team. Before joining OppenheimerFunds, Inc. Mr. Damian was a senior equity analyst at Citigroup Asset Management. Prior to that, Mr. Damian was an equity analyst of Pzena Investment Management. Mr. Damian received his MBA, with distinction, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1995. |
EMMANUEL FERREIRA

| Mr. Ferreira joined OppenheimerFunds, Inc. in January 2003 as a member of the value investment team. He is the co-manager on the OFI Private Investments All Cap Value Separately managed Account style. He is also the lead manager of Oppenheimer Balanced Fund and is a co-manager of Oppenheimer Select Value Fund and Quest Opportunity Value Fund. Before joining OppenheimerFunds, Inc., Mr. Ferreira was Managing Director and portfolio manager at Lashire Investments Ltd. Prior to this, he was a senior equity analyst at Mark Asset Management Corp, where he focused on the energy and consumer sectors. Before starting his career in asset management, Mr. Ferreira worked in the Financial Advisory Services group of Coopers & Lybrand LLP, where he specialized in international mergers, acquisitions, privatizations and restructurings. Mr. Ferreira also served in the United States Navy as an anti-submarine warfare specialist. Mr. Ferreira graduated magna cum laude from Schiller International University with a B.B.A. in international business, and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business Administration. |
NATHAN GRIFFITHS, CFA
Portfolio Manager Baring International Portfolios , EAFE Equity Investment Manager
| Nathan Griffiths is responsible for the EAFE portfolios. Previously he was a member of the European Equity team, where he was managed the Institutional Funds and had a number of research responsibilities including the Energy, Utilities, Insurance and Materials sectors. Nathan joined Baring Asset Management in 2007. Previously he was an analyst on the Global Arbitrage and Trading desk at Royal Bank of Canada and Global Sector Analysts at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. Nathan has an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and was awarded the CFA designation in 2002. |
JOSEPH R. HIGGINS

| Mr. Higgins is a member of the Oppenheimer Growth Team and is responsible for portfolio management and fundamental research for the OFI Private Investments Rising Dividends Separately Managed Account style and the Oppenheimer Rising Dividends fund. Previously, he was a Vice President and Equity Portfolio Manager of Swiss Re Asset Management, Inc. Prior to joining Swiss Re Asset Management, Mr. Higgins worked at First Manhattan Company and Merrill Lynch & Co. in both sales and analysts roles. Mr. Higgins received his B.S. degree from Manhattan College in Business and Computer Information Systems and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the New York Society of Security Analysts. |
MICHAEL S. LEVINE, CFA

| Mike Levine joined OppenheimerFunds, Inc. in June 1994 and is the lead manager of Oppenheimer Capital Income Fund. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds, Inc. Mr. Levine was a research analyst and portfolio manager at AMAS Securities. Previously, he was an analyst in the capital markets group at Lehman Brothers and in corporate finance with Janney Montgomery Scott. Mr. Levine is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |

| Mr. McCarthy is head of the Oppenheimer Growth Team and is responsible for the overall investment strategy and portfolio management for the OFI Private Investments Rising Dividends Separately Managed Account style and the Oppenheimer Rising Dividends fund. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Windham Capital Management, a firm he co-founded in 1988. Prior to co-founding Windham Capital Management, Mr. McCarthy was a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager in the Institutional Equity Management Group of Bankers Trust Company. Mr. McCarthy received his B.S. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. Mr. McCarthy is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the New York Society of Security Analysts. |
THOMAS MURRAY

| Mr. Murray joined OppenheimerFunds, Inc. in June 2001. He is the co-manager of the OFI Private Investments Gulf Value Separately Managed Account style, responsible for portfolio construction and risk management. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds, Mr. Murray was an investment management research analyst at Prudential Investments. Prior to that, he was an institutional sales associate with Prudential Securities and worked with Citibank’s Private Bank and with Merrill Lynch. Mr. Murray graduated cum laude with a B.S. in finance from CUNY Baruch College and holds an M.B.A. in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. |
